This role is based in Employee Communications and Relations (ECR) Division within Human Resources with a focus on internal communications, content creation and management, and project-based assignments, including: Work closely with various stakeholders on developing and executing communications plans for corporate initiatives. ●具備議題講師授課能力 ●規劃IC考照，培訓地區種子講師以及舉辦IC商品論述認證 ●製作及會簽輔銷工具(商品文宣、銷售手冊..等)。 ●蒐集同業商品、市場資訊及商品結合議題開發之能力

●整合市場與經營資訊，進行量化分析，以提出經營建議 ●配合公司策略，發想及規畫跨功能/跨部門專案，並進行成效追蹤 ●新商品發想與開發並整合內部意見以跨功能合作並達到完成新商

●業務人員招攬、服務品質控管 ●業務人員異常行為之調查 ●外部機關來函處理 ●其他主管交辦事項

●合作通路商品提案、獎勵規劃及行政配合相關的溝通協調. ●與合作通路共同規劃業務推動方向，達成雙方業績目標. ●維護並經營通路合作關係.
