Hi, my name is Yi-Sin Hsieh. I hold a Master's degree with a major in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University in 2022 and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from Yuan Ze University in 2019. Moreover, I also attended the exchange program in business at University Innsbruck in Austria for 6 months in 2022. I consider myself a passionate and self-motivated person to take on any challenges.
I can tackle various problems resourcefully in collaboration with engineers and lead the team to complete engineering projects flexibly with my interdisciplinary skills. These are the capabilities I learned from my internship, making me also adaptable to the dynamic environment, and in turn a team player.

1. Optimized the order upload process from Line shopping and the other business channels of the ERP system by coordinating with the IT engineer, improving at least 80% efficiency. 2. Improved the CRM system by organizing the API connection between the Line marketing team and the IT engineer to integrate the online and offline members. 3. Engaged customer relationships, reaching a 90% of satisfaction rate on the Facebook page of 10 thousand fans and 3 online stores. ⎮Leadership⎮Teamwork⎮ I was responsible for two projects, namely, the annual drone show for the National Taichung Opera House and the drone show for Mercedes-Benz new car launch event. I mainly communicated with the clients and led a team of 10 people to test and assemble the software and hardware of the drone which let me develop my adaptability and become a team player. After the projects, I took over the work of marketing. I managed the social media, planned the exhibition, and completed the SBIR report of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. During the internship, I improved my communication skills between different departments and customers and greatly accumulated practical experience, which enhance my competitiveness at work.
