Design proficiency test programs for analytical laboratories following TFDA regulations and ISO standards in foods, drugs, etc. Implement and manage the whole program activities, including proposal writing, online system setting, data management and analysis, communicate and coordinate with team members or consultants. Write evaluation to programs participants and make appropriate suggestions in a final report. Answer and solve questions from clients by explaining statistical analysis process and criteria of programs and give suggestions for improvement.

Teach experimental courses in general biology, molecular biology, cell biology, microbiology and histology, including curriculum, material and equipment preparation. Department promotion and student recruitment in Taiwan and aboard. Document management of Animal Care and Use application, conduct Post-Approval Monitoring activities.
