Created dialogues with New York, San Francisco, and AIT with fast delivery of COVID-19 PPE donation, 3 months earlier than Taipei, by coordinating with producers, donors, and the shipper, in optimized amount regarding the balance of speed and effects.

Published Taiwan's first and the world's 10th SDGs VLR by communicating with the city's high-ranking officials and departments, cooperating with MoEA on energy subsidies, leading a multifunctional task force, and voluntarily crafting a cost-free website.  

Organized and executed mayors' overseas business trips, served as a speechwriter for various topics, such as smart cities, circular economy, aging society, and climate actions.

Built relationships by initiating cooperative projects: concert, smart city MOU, firefighter calendar, youth-lead COVID response report, foreigner rights policies, with foreign governments, embassies, chambers of commerce, NGOs, companies, and startups.
