• During my long career, I always bear one idea in mind - the great leaders are those who really understand human needs, from both the customer side and employee side. HR's major responsibility is to take good care of employees so that they will take good care of customers and eventually businesses. But what really motivates me is that I believe everyone deserves a platform to fully develop his/her potential, make good use of his/her talent, and live a decent life. This is the whole purpose of Human Resources jobs and how HR really adds value. • Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies, familiar with local and regional Labor Laws and relevant regulations, both hands-on and strategic experience of stock option incentive plans, an active participant in HR related industry in the region. • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with bi-lingual capabilities (English and Chinese), and an attentive listener when needed, outstanding performer along the way and recognized by related parties. • Detail-oriented and resourceful mindset, analytic thinking, sensitive to numbers & data, problem-solving aptitude, self-motivated and results-driven, good business acumen, quick learner and multiple task handler in dynamic and cross-culture business environment.
