2. Leadership for overall quality control functions which have product/production quality improvement projects with 8D, PDCA and OGSM approach to fulfill KPI.
3. Experience in IQC, IPQC and FQC filed which raise QC operations effectiveness/efficiency and decrease quality failed cost.
4. Customer/design requirement flow down, process validation plan and execution, product quality maturity level assessment in development phase.
5. Control Plan development/implementation, customer return failure analysis and monitoring with lesson learned feedback which build the robust close loop.
