Planned work for multiple crews, ordered material, utilized prefabrication practices to decrease man hours as well as speed up this fast paced project. Prioritized construction activities to assist commissioning in finishing their milestones on time and ahead of schedule. Worked directly with commissioning agents in the field to identify and resolve any issues as they came up on a daily basis.
