從小就喜歡新奇事物的我，總是會想要自己動手去完成每一樣事物，小到軍艦模型模型的零件，大到到腳踏車的輪胎，都有自己拆解的身影，這也造就了我，未來從事客服的重要基石。 其實當從學校畢業之後，自己就有了想法，那時的第一份工作就是辦公室設備的維護，再加上在客戶端安裝電話總機，使得自己的技能不斷的成長，之後在CNC設備廠擔任電控技師的工作，從認識CNC，學習看線路圖，機台配線到成車測試，奠定了自己對於工業的認識的基礎，也就是從此刻開始，改善客戶的製程和良率，是支持我一直不斷向前行的原動力，後來進入半導體設備商，從事客服的工作，日常的生活除了機台的安裝與維護外，更重要的是與客戶討論改善製程品質，然後提出計畫書，進而達到客戶的需求，這不僅是完成客戶的要求，更重要的是自己受到公司及客戶的肯定，這就是價值觀的提升，及努力實踐自我的表現。 15年的設備安裝，維護及改良，規劃機台的線路及保養的經驗，在專業的領域上，一直不斷的突破自己，客戶原有的設備，從單機模式開始，進而提升至生產線自動化，都是自行開發設計，組裝，最後驗證設備生產能力，讓產能良率提高。另一方面，設計機台所有生產監控數據，降低重工所帶來的損失，為客戶節省人力及成本，強化客戶與自身的合作關係。 發揮自己的所長，創造自我的價值，希望能公司及客戶帶來更多的利益，以符合公司的期待。期望貴公司給予工作及面試機會，敝人十分樂意接受面試安排。 I was born in a middle-class family near Feng Chia University and have two younger brothers. My parents always give me advice and support for what I do and the ability to judge things. With growing of knowledge, I find I have owed a lot to my parents, the only thing I can do pay them is to work hard on my job. In the college, I designed the subject of electronics "The Timer" under the directions of the professor. This idea could be carried out according to saving power. In addition,I participated in the layout of industrial convery and software control to improve factory automation. After finishing the military service, I was in charge of installing and maintaining copy machine,fax machine and telephone exchange system in an office automation equipment company. This job must have perseverance and endurance to exclude many obstacles and difficulties.Therefore, my EQ(Emotional Intelligence Quotient) became more and more better. As the result of some consideration, I was served as electrical control engineer in the manufacturer of CNC(computer numerical control). The main work were as follows: A.layout of electrical circuit for machine. B. function test of machine. C. customer support. The workpiece could be cut or dill sharply on the basis of the data obtained from PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). However, under the demand of developing and designing machines, I acted as customer service engineer in an semiconductor equipment supplier. I scheduled the project to improve the equipment customer asked by modifying parameter and electrical diagram. Undoubtedly, the maintenance of industrial oven is my routine for customer. In Taiwan, your company is a good one where I can take an greater responsibilities and develop my potentiality. I’d like to work in a environment which interests me.
