• Supervise security staff, assign/monitor work assignments and provide training. • Develop and maintain working relationship with vendors and clients. • Attend meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio-visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments. • Communicate with Sr. Manager Security regarding events, incidents, concerns of team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. • Liaisoning with Govt Agencies and Vendors. • Conduct Mock Drill on Medical Emergency, Fire, Flooding etc. • Responsible for the loss and prevention issues in the premises. • Supervise and coordinate with contract security management to ensure effective and efficient security services as per SLA’s. • Conduct Internal audit to ensure all security functions and procedures are working as per SOP. • Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control System, VMS and Fire Panel System. • Ensure all safety and security equipment’s installations are functional and maintained as per equipment standards and SLA’s in the AMC. • Review security after hours reports and monitors performance. • Preparing MIS report.

• Responsible for the team of 30 staffs and there allocations and requirement. • Responsible to monitor/implementation of all Security functions and Compliances. • Responsible for coordination between Security and other departments. • Responsible for the loss and prevention issues as an incharge of Vigilance team. • Liaison with CISF, MIAL (Airport operator), & other agencies working at Airport. • Represent Jet Airways with Asst. Manager Security in various meetings conducted by CISF, MIAL and other external agencies. • Responsible for providing Security services for other airlines such as Lufthansa, Gulf Air, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Etihad Airways, FedEx, Qatar Airways, KLM, Air France, ELAL, Air China, Air Seychelles, Kenya Airways, Emirates, Air Canada, Iraqi, Turkish, UPS. • Worked as a "SSR” (Site Security Representative) for British Airways in Cargo unit. • Responsible for Audits conducted by TSA, DFT, BCAS and Internal Audits.
