Admin cum Assistant Accounts
My role was to reconcile all the accounts receivables & payables, Bank statements etc. Petty cash management, staff payrolls entries in Tally ERP ,staff advances, inventory management in Tally ERP, Voucher entries etc.
Cashier & Accounts Manager
My job in this company was to maintain customer database, voucher entries, to make new purchase orders, to prepare voice ads requisition forms, Reconciliation of bank statements, was preparing expense sheet through a customized accounting software by company.
Assistant Accountant
My job at Kinara Hotel was to enter all voucher in Tally ERP software, prepare new ledger, and maintain existing ledger entries, sales & purchase order management, income tax, sales tax management etc.
besides these responsibilities I was also maintaining petty cash book, staff personal advances, and payroll entries.
