•  Headed social dimension of Dow Jones Sustainability Index; led Cathay to become the 1st Taiwanese financial institution to achieve RobecoSAM bronze by establishing policies, risk assessment, and impact measurement (SROI)
•  Conducted research on global ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) trends like United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
