• Acting as first point of contact with existing clients, using communication skills to identify and address client needs, reporting on accounts, writing business copy for reports/website/social media channels, creating original content, mapping out projects from proposal to the meeting room, working alongside colleagues to ensure all client needs are being met.
Organising events, sending invitations to press, organising catering requirements, filming events for YouTube and social media channels. Collating press coverage from both online and offline sources and reporting weekly activities in reports for clients.
