Managing a team of 8 Frontline Sales Managers across 4 branches of ICICI Bank channel including one of the Flagship branch of INDIA. Make outbound sales calls and build effective relationships with customers, team, and Channel Partners. Identify HNI customers, while understanding their protection & Investment needs, develop Investment strategies that mutually benefit the organization, and retaining customer faith. Building Marketing Strategies and Sales Plans to ensure target delivery of branches and goal sheets of team members. Impart Functional training and coach to maximize sales channel effectiveness.
