- Managing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staffing. - Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to the store systems.

- Responsible for flight safety which includes conducting pre-flight safety and security check, passenger profiling, and observing any potential hazard throughout the flight. - Ensuring customer comfort throughout the flight by building customer rapport and providing a seamless customer experience, handling customer complaints, doing service recovery, and managing inventories for the service requirement.

- Responsible for managing and supervising the laboratory project from start to finish. - Dividing the job between team members, overseeing data collection, analyzing results, and ensuring the project is completed on time.

- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market trends to develop product ideas and marketing strategies. - Work with the development team to create new products or improve existing ones. Ensure that products are designed to meet customer needs and preferences.

- Responsible for inspecting products at various stages of the production process to ensure that they meet quality standards. - Identifying quality control issues and working with the quality control team to address them. - Documenting findings and reporting them to the quality control team.
