Cosmin Panait began his career in New York with MD Global Partners. He was primarily concerned with PIPEs, debt restructurings, equity facilities, and mergers and acquisitions. Panait found small to mid-market enterprises in need of finance and effectively maintained partnerships throughout the project's life cycle. He learnt how to collaborate with lawyers, hedge fund managers, and executive teams. His experience in this capacity taught him about the unique obstacles of various sorts of investments and why some ventures succeed while others fail. After achieving success in investment banking, he would go on to work for Paltalk, a video-based social media firm that allowed the public to identify groups of like-minded people based on their interests and hobbies. In this function, Panait assisted in the development of a revenue growth plan that would assist the firm in connecting users with the appropriate virtual environments and increasing corporate ROI.
