Take care of 30 inpatients in Orthopedics and Gastroenterology every day. Good at pain control with analgesics, therapeutic drug monitoring of antibiotics and delirium drug assessment in elderly patients. Other responsibilities : ward round with physicians, dose adjustment for hepatic and renal impairment, getting consulted by other health care providers, reporting adverse drug reactions and patient health education. Interdisciplinary communication team meeting (physician, nurse, pharmacist, dietitian, social worker) every month.
