Lead 13 engineers(5 BE, 3 FE, 1 Windows app, 2 SDET, 2 DevOps) to develop projects: (1) Viveport: EC platform that sells VR apps and subscription to consumers. (2) Vive Business app store: EC platform that sells VR apps and subscription to enterprise customers. (3) Migu: EC platform that has similar business model as Viveport, but integrates Migu's payment gateway, subscription, and account. (4) Viverse market: EC store that sells NFT. (5) Vive arts: EC store that sells NFTs which are made by artists. (6) Etisalat: EC store that has the same business model as Viverse market, but integrates ETI's payment gateway and account.

1. Implement purchase/refund/subscription/redeem apis for web/android app to develop EC store. 2. Modify magento 2 Cart mechanism and integrate 3rd party payment service(NewebPay) for TVBS EC store. 3. Develop PC client to manager licenses and apps that are purchased from Vive Business app store.

1. Lead 8 engineers to develop Viveport Arcade service. It includes BE, FE, and Windows apps(VAM). Arcade owner can utilize this solution to start arcade business easily. We also use React Native to develop android and iOS app that can communicate with VAM to let arcade staff be able to use mobile devices to operate their arcade, but his app has not been commercialized yet. 2. Lead 8 engineers to develop Viveport Education service. It includes BE, FE, and SDK for downloading Viveport contents, and an android app that communicates with a Host app to get contents. 3. Lead 8 engineers to develop Viveport enterprise service. It includes BE, FE, and Windows apps. Customers can register warranty for VIVE HMD, get necessary drivers for running VR facilities, manage its contents and organization members, and manage their devices via a 3rd party solution (42 gears) on Viveport enterprise web. We develop Windows apps that can download drivers from Viveport backend and distribute these drivers to PCs.

1. Study online streaming for 360 video. Improve the performance of VR apps for cardboard. 2. Lead 3 engineers to develop Viveport Arcade Manager (Windows app) to support VR Arcade. It can help Arcade owner easily manage its VR facilities and contents. HTC's Arcade(Viveland) also utilizes Viveport Arcade Manager to run Arcade business. 3. Lead 3 engineers to develop SDK to let other Arcade solutions vendors (Leke VR) be able to get Viveport's VR contents via this SDK.

1. Lead 3 engineers to develop companion app for RE Camera on Android. 2. Lead 3 engineers to develop companion app for RE Camera v2 to support online streaming on Android.

Integrate Twitter, Plurk, Facebook, Weibo, Wechat, G+ APIs to support these services run on Android phone, and shows the posts of these social services on HTC Sense blinkfeeds.

1. Integrate 3rd party solution that supports GAN on Windows mobile to provide UMA service for T-Mobile and Orange. For this project, I have 2 weeks business trip in San Francisco to co-work with 3rd party vendor to integrate their solution, 60 days business trip in Seattle to pass the test cases of T - Mobile, 2 weeks business trip in Denmark to get the certification of Sony Ericsson, and 2 weeks business trip in Paris to pass the test cases of Orange. 2. Integrate 3rd party solution that supports WPS on Windows mobile. For this project, I have two weeks business trip in San Francisco to co-work with 3rd party vendor to integrate their solution, and get certification from SGS in Taiwan, which is the first Windows mobile that supports WPS. 3. Integrate Twitter APIs to build Twitter app that runs on Windows mobile.
