*Initiate PXMart Precision Marketing project to select target audience for major business partners(Nestle, P&G, Kinberly Clark...) by analysing their sales data and help them to increase campaign sales by 30% in average. *In charge of paper DM reduction project and reduce around 2 billions DM cost by transfering non paper DM reader to EDM. *In CRM team to manage member analysis include member segmentation, ranking, specific topic Analysis(Coffee buyer, young customers…) *In charge of SAS system integration and operation includes data structure and daily updates. *Create more than 10 visualized sales/membership dashboard for manager level to monitor daily business operation.

*In Media & Digital team to offer market research solutions to advertisers who advertise in digital media channels(Facebook, Google, Yahoo...) *Focus on media & digital research include “Brand lift insight” to measure branding performance through different kind of banner campaign and “Crossmedia” to measure branding performance in varies media channels(include online/offline). *Accumulated over 30 projects with more than 15 millions turnovers covered TW/HK/and other APAC countries.

*Sales Specialist in testing service industry, responsible for customer develop, seminar holding, exhibition holding. *Over 20 new customers developed and running 140 customers with 5 millions turnover within half year.

*Sales Specialist& Project Manager in database and software design industry, responsible for client develop and government bidding. *Won over 10 government bidding 5 contract partners with 40 millions turnover a year.
