<Autobiography>
The first job was as a TD at EPISIL, mainly developing PowerMOS and IGBT. Although I didn’t have much experience in the semiconductor manufacturing process before entering the industry, but the habit of finding paper on net helped a lot on working. Especially on some thing that cannot be explained in the process. The experience of the Paper can understand how to solve and avoid this problem. In the process of searching for information, there may be more ideas and gains.
In 2019, due to the integration of the department, I had the opportunity to contact the company's CMOS and mix-mode products.Compared with Discrete chip such as PowerMOS and IGBT, it is more complicated, and more process steps. The focus is different on different production platforms.
Through one year of TD experience, I solve the unsolved problems of COMS products for many years, which is also very helpful for stabilizing SPC.
In 2020,The first contact with SOI wafer in the past six months, the special is that the customer has mass products and new developed products.The project is a bit like combine PIE and TD. Although the SOI process has many advantages in electrical performance, it also brings new problems such as heat dissipation and kink-effect.
I think every new thing is an opportunity for growth, and semiconductor is an industry that is constantly advancing. This is an exciting job for me.
