. Managing new production line electronical material implementation project from study phase to close out phase detail engineering, procurement support, construction, commissioning . . Prepare engineering specification and bidding package. . Control project and engineering progress according to work flow and value based engineering. . . Confirm and verify the quality of process engineering document. . Prepare process engineering guideline based on project specifications. . Resolve and clarify all process issues from client, vendor and other disciplines. . Expedite process engineering document and make it on schedule. Achievement : . Supervisor of four team members

. Technical bid evaluation. . Integrate, clarify and solve technical issues/requirement from different parties. . Managing vendor's engineering document. Achievement : . Coordinate comments from different parties and increase communication efficiency. . Review change order from vendor and minimize the increased budget within 10%.
