Moved to Buy 123 to lead the resource integration of Buy 123 and Pcone per corporate strategies. Responsible for managing integration project to multiply the sales for both platforms.
-Project Management: Led the development of new shopping cart system for customers and self-operated system for vendors to ensure product accessibility across the two platforms.
-Account Management: Drove record high monthly sales for Pcone in Jun 2021 with NT$52M personal sales contribution, 25.4% of total sales, #1 in a team of 10.

Managed the operations and sales growth of 100+ key accounts across categories.
-Business Development: Focus on developing new key accounts for company’s needs, such as Workinghouse, Senao International, Dachan Food, Sunflower and Garmin, etc.
-Account Management: Worked with Senao to plan and execute brand shopping festival. Drove the brand’s monthly sales to NT$6M, record high in 2020, with promotions on hero items. Helped key accounts to upload 80K+ products in 3 months via API. Exceeded the progress of the sales team.

-Account Management: Initiated the first furniture shopping festival in 2018 with H&D, leading local furniture brand, for its grand opening on Pcone. Achieved NT$800K sales in first month, best opening in 2018.
