 Manage APMEA & Greater China regional supply chain operation to improve forecast accuracy for both demand and supply planning; and drive operation improvement.  Drive and follow up performance level of Asia supply centers toward customer centricity including KPI improvement with transparency and visibility.  Drive continuous improvement programs to optimize inventory level and supply chain operations.  Develop standard operation procedures (SOP) for both internal and external business processes.  Manage and drive standardize processes to achieve ad hoc business targets, including cost control.

 Oversees daily logistic operations including order placement, inventory control, warehouse operations and transportation/shipments.  Manage supply & demand plans, liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to arrange stock availability in min inventory level.  Project Management, including logistics and procurement portions.  Developed and implemented business strategies, including warehouse strategy and information flow strategy, KPI, etc  Lead procurement activities, including contract terms and price negotiation.  Maximize JIT delivery performance whilst seeking cost reduction opportunities, including Lean Supply Chain Management  Inventory and Warehouse Management, including optimizing inventory level, improve transactions accuracy and transparency, premises maintenance, etc
