• Responsible for the implementation of Uludağ Beverage Food Safety Policies and Quality standards in the manufacturing facilities, warehousing, and distribution facilities.
• Responsible for the preparation of all supplier audits and regulatory authority’s inspections and scheduled throughout the year and corrective action plan implementation.
• Audit company policies, procedures and systems that affect product quality to assure compliance with the company ‘s quality system and good manufacturing process. Prepare documents and reports
• Lead and Manage the HACCP team and HACCP Program. Bi-monthly Food Safety HACCP Team meetings.
• Responsible of 6 lines which are glass, PET and can.
• Verification and Approval of QC/QA Records. Release of Finished Goods, Control of Non-conforming products, and Raw materials, making sure that all QA records, data& information are available to all managers and agencies in case of product recalls/traceability exercises.
• Responsible for implementing various manufacturing standards, Food Safety and Defence, GMP ‘s, HACCP, ISO BRC, FSSC 22000, FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food, plant personnel training on Personal Hygiene Cross Contamination -Allergen, and SAP system.
• Responsible of monitoring Food Defence and compliance targets.
• Ensuring that all QA tests are carried out on time and in full and products are positively released.
• Responsible for the product development and Beverage recipes.
• Responsible for raw material inspection, COA/COC Compliance, Defective Material and Non-Conformity reporting, Claim etc.
• Arrange the calibration of offline and online instruments calibration and maintenance, new equipment ordered, calibrated, and validated.
• Chemical and biological analysis of bottled water, soft drink, and energy drink
• Monitoring plant hygiene
• Provide quality training to production employees.
• Troubleshoot and solve product quality problems by researching problems, analysing data, and development solution to problems.
• Develop lab and plant specification for each product.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in the resolution of problems.
• Conduct analytical testing to determine the solution
• Review and approve the purchase of lab supplies and equipment.
• Oversee plant sanitation and pest control programs
• Investigation of root cause and corrective action to customer complaints and reports of results.
