Producing a wide range of emails including retention, acquisition, engagement, event invitations, PR campaigns and redemptions on our retail platform (ActivePlus). Reporting email analytics back to stakeholders and making suggestions for improvements to campaigns. Supporting end to end campaigns or stepping in last minute to build and send for quick turn arounds. Personally designing emails using brand guidelines, but also working alongside design agencies for larger projects. Currently being trained in Salesforce and Google Analytics.
