Collaborated closely with executive, marketing, sales team and sponsor client partners to develop the core WebMD brand story based on our health-engaged, purposeful mom audience. Leveraged the story across all internal communications and external pre-sales pitches.
Built WebMD's first sponsored content department and first combined
content and design department. Grew the function from myself as a sole
contributor to a team of 15 full-time writers and designers responsible for 100s of health-related awareness and engagement campaigns a year in support of up to 200 million in revenue annually.
Managed the development of sponsor products to monetize WebMD's first international destination, BootsWebMD UK .
Created a method to break apart more than 20 copy and design variables across promotional drivers in order to identify patterns that enhanced performance and informed Creative best practices.
