Work responsibilities, but not limited to, as below: • Coordinating and compiling Electrical procedure documents in carrying out Pre-Commissioning, Mechanical Completion & Punch List, Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR), Com & Start-up Readiness, Com & Start-up, Performance Test Readiness, Performance Test, Operation Acceptance (OA), Handover to Operation and Final Acceptance Test, Work System Documents, fulfillment of electrical facility development, fulfillment of Health Safety Security & Environmental (HSSE) aspects, management of Budget Work Plan Company, and Project Closing (PC). • Conduct and or evaluate work method statements, Job Safety Analysis, and support engineering to evaluate the electrical field. • Coordinating and field monitoring (schedule, quantity, and environmental safety aspects), reporting, and field evaluation of project activities (especially related to the electrical sector) with targets on time, on budget, on specification, on regulation, and achieving required return. • Coordinate and implement Mechanical Completion, punch list and defect deficiencies closing activities, as well as support PSSR, OA, handover, and Final Acceptance (especially related to the electrical sector). Responsibilities as Electrical Design Engineer : 1. Prepare the design based on contract and international and/or local regulations. 2. Check design with other disciplines. Muhammad Fadhil Budiman 3. Clear ambiguous part among Owner, EPC, and Vendor. 4. Check the Bill of Quantity. 5. Prepare documentation, design, and contract for material bidding. 6. Take Bid Tabulation. 7. Review Vendor Print. 8. Do the Factory Acceptance Test. 9. Follow up material delivery. 10. Follow up vendor documentation. 11. Site support for engineering. Responsibilities as Electrical Supervisor : 1. Ensure the design is following contract and international and/or local regulations. 2. Ensure the design can be applied to the site conditions. 3. Check the Material Take Off MTO and monitor its flow. 4. Coordinate with other disciplines for the interfacing work. 5. Plan the construction work to meet the project schedule. 6. Expedite the subcontractor's work and assist them to avoid any delay. 7. Coordinate with QC and Owner for prototype or masterpiece to achieve proper installation. 8. Monitor material availability. 9. Coordinate with HSE for every site activity. 10. Support As-Built Drawing. 11. Support Test and Commissioning 12. Support System Turn Over Document.
