1. Build & lead ICT business projects (from ideation to operation) for clients to establish new revenue stream or garner efficiency ex: increase revenue by 120% from new digital sales; decrease annual energy cost by 30% from IoT integration, etc.
2. Closed a B2B deal with valuation 10 billion+ rupiah in the first half of 2020, despite the pandemic, with a few more deals totalling 50 billion+ rupiah in the pipeline.

>RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Built (from ideation to launch) and grew a commerce loyalty app that help 11%+ YoY increase to 100 billion+ rupiah in annual GMV recorded in 2 years.
2. Netted 5 billion+ rupiah annually in total value from alternative revenue services/products- annually set sales strategy (negotiation, pricing,etc) & its execution.
3. Reverse successive downtrend of YoY (+/-) -8% in foot-traffic to positive one: YoY +12%.
4. 2x its digital & social media presence in less than 1 year.

>RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set annual partnership and pricing strategy of the sales of multiple category: advertising tools and rental area (exhibition) based on syndicated data; oversee and execute the negotiation and sales; and manage key accounts to maintain good relationship.

2. Lead business units and implement operational strategy to ensure business objectives and KPIs (financial, quality, human aspect) were met operational excellence.

3. Develop and oversee the business unit's financial: cost, budget,etc and report the successes of the business and marketing initiatives to the board.
