Gina is a Program and Product Manager. 

Gina has led 6+ key programs/projects to ensure cross-functional team collaboration, create products from scratch, enhance products based on user feedback, improve internal process management, build a leading product with a potential of 150Mu shipment volume, and bridge financial and digital gap in Africa through a fintech product. 

Prior to KaiOS, Gina gained a breadth of experience in strategic planning, data analytics, problem solving, data visualization, and project management at a healthcare consulting firm. When she was in college, she dedicated herself in economic research, market research, business development, and entrepreneurship. Gina received her BA in Economics with a focus in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from University of Washington.

• Conducted cost projections and created pitching materials to promote the product to 3 potential clients
• Achieved a total activation of 45K users in 6 months

[Other Platform Workstreams]
• Collaborated with VP to conduct ROI analyses, define product roadmap, demonstrate product enhancement results, and manage 5+ platform projects, including Apps Placement, Developer Portal, and 3rd Party Service Providers
