We have recently restructured our organization in accordance with our company’s operating strategy. Our Tech Service team, which includes solutions architects, technical account managers, and project managers, is dedicated to providing end-to-end service to our customers, from the pre-sales stage to engaging potential customers to the post-sales stage to assisting our existing customers in growing their businesses.
As the Director of the Tech Service, I focus on determining the business direction and forecasting the cloud services market, analyzing competitors, setting business strategies and goals, and developing solutions based on multi-cloud and customer demand, andalso assist in marketing events for solution promotion and sales training, initiate product promotion materials and application demonstrations for sales training.
Additionally, I source, analyze, and define cloud-based products and services in line with the ecosystem on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and multi-cloud architecture, cooperate with the delivery team, design iKala Cloud technical support and managed service processes, helping sales teams to expand business to multi-cloud/hybrid cloud services for our existing or potential customers.
