Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable AR, Taxation, Internal Controls, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet financial accounting objectives. Provide innovative Sales/Vat tax planning and review complex income tax returns. Identify and mitigate Sales/Vat tax risks. Manage and coordinate Sales/Vat tax audits. Maintain tax balances on general ledger. Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Certification, Develop Manual and Procedures Surveillance/Internal Audit of QMS ISO 9001 : 2015. EMS ISO14001 : 2015, SA-8000 : 2014 and Oekotex 100 Standards. Participation in Development of Computerized Accounting System in a Whole Organization. Using Database of VB, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Oracle
