Performed all duties as a Dental Hygienist. Proficient in Dentrix, Kodak and Dexis digital X-ray software, and the Itero Scanner. I documented important patient data to keep accurate Medical and Dental records. I was lead Hygienist in the practice providing quality care to patients. I had an excellent attendance record, consistently arriving at work ready to work right away. Administered local anesthesia, N20, and laser. Followed proper universal precautions and infection control.

Dental Hygienist in a very busy Periodontal Practice. Used Perio Probes to examine the gums, evaluated recession, and signs of gum disease and Perio. Advanced dental cleaning services like Scaling and Root Planing, irrigation, and Arestin were provided. Taught patients about the importance of good oral hygiene and demonstrated brushing, flossing, and electric toothbrushes. Provided compassionate care and ensured patient comfort through communication, exceptional clinical skills, a gentle approach, and the development of a positive rapport.

This was my first job out of Dental Hygiene School. I worked with James, Stephen T. Harper, and J. Kevin Harper. They were fantastic mentors, and I learned so much from them. I took X-rays, performed Prophylaxis with cavitron and hand scaling, fluoride treatments, and polished.
