Process Engineer / New product development Engineer - Responsible for handling the abnormality of the photolithography (from pre-processing to AOI outbound). - Participate in yield improvement projects (reducing lithography AOI scrap improvement, internal S yield improvement, etc.) - Process capability development (Selective copper reduction project, AOI selective plating inspection) - CostDown project (dry film assessment) - Worked as a new product development, arranging production schedules, and responsible for the progress tracking of key process
