Worked on fixing the uneven distribution of light in light guide plates due to the inaccuracy of microdots pattern manufacturing. Inaccuracy can be traced back to the operation of the laser engraving machine and the C++ based software that controls the machine. Given thousands of coordinates and values, I created multiple credit card prototypes by using Python turtle and Adobe Illustrator.

Was responsible for assembling and testing some light panels, light guide plates, and light boxes to see if they were flawed. Consulted with engineers to resolve quality, production and efficiency problems. Inspected quality of finished products, making minor repairs to meet project expectations.
