An experienced pharmacist, Josh Greeson holds a doctor of pharmacy and an MBA from Mercer University and Emory University, respectively. His practical experience in the pharmacy sector began at Lo Cost Pharmacy in Pooler, Georgia, after graduating with his PharmD. Initially working as a pharmacist for the company, he was promoted to pharmacy manager after a little over two years. Josh Greeson subsequently took on additional roles at the pharmacy, including recruiting and training staff, monitoring team performance, and developing marketing strategies. Mr. Greeson brought his experience in these areas to found Greeson RX, LLC, an independent pharmacy company that he leads as owner. Responsible for all operations of the company, he handles marketing along with financing matters and project management. In addition, Josh Greeson oversees all business development and administrative duties for the company. Through a combination of acquisitions, organic growth, and joint ventures, he has skillfully expanded the business to three locations that are dedicated to improving outcomes for providers and patients. Mr. Greeson also serves as co-owner of Montezuma Drug Company and is a member of several professional organizations, including Pharmacy Development Services and the National Community Pharmacists Association. He attends the annual conferences for both of these organizations.
