1. Performed usability testing and conducted interviews to gather user insights. I revamped the user interface and user experience for the Noise Eraser APP, resulting in a revenue boost of 22%. We achieved a 5% increase in total download volume, a 5% increase in total analysis count, a 17% growth in membership numbers, and a 91% surge in the count of active users.

2. Noise Eraser APP gains a 4.9-star rating on the Apple Store and a 4.7-star rating on Google Play.

3. Designed and developed some design systems to create consistent experiences across different platforms. Also, build a basic design system for all the products.

4. Designed 7 digital products and launched 5 websites and 2 applications (including B2B and B2C).

1. Design the AI Infrared App(B2B) which detects the body temperature and facial recognition to prevent being infected by Covid-19. Responsible for planning wireframe and flow chart with PM, and also designing prototype and mockup. It earns NT$2M and its clients are from Taiwan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.

2. Cooperate with the British team to create ULSEE360 (3D virtual space display service). Design and build ULSEE360 official web (B2B) and collaborate with Indian document writer to build help center and website content. Responsible for setting up and designing the ULSEE360 official website, designing wireframes, and mockups, and defining product visual style. Visualize the service which makes potential clients understand how to make the clients' product grow through our service. It helps the team find a partner company, and successfully sell the product.

3. Additionally, design the B2C product 3D Tours APP (presenting the space to the end-user). Responsible for the design of wireframe, flow chart, prototype, and mockup. One Taiwanese company purchased this service.
