- As the Head of Human Resources for APAC: Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei and Tokyo, with 100+ headcounts - Responsible for the overall HR strategic planning function with the Regional team and local management team - Oversees the alignment in HR process and policy - Manage all HR programs across APAC - Manage performance review appraisal process - Working with local payroll vendors to support local monthly payroll and benefits management. - HR Awards: Received 2019 HR Distinction Award of Employer of the Year from Human Resources Magazine and Asia Pacific Silver Stevie Award of Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning & Practice.

Oversees HR functions for 8 markets across APAC: Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Developing and implementing effective HR strategy to support overall business objectives in Asia Pacific through talent recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development and succession planning.
