Work Experience
UI 使用者介面設計師
UX 產品企劃專員
擔任 icash Pay App 產品企劃，主要負責產品規格書、User Flow 及 Wireframe 繪製，並負責產品優化改版專案。期間也負責幾項電子支付功能的規劃設計，並結合商業模式為產品功能進行提案。此外也導入使用者測試的概念，用 Prototype 驗證設計，讓使用體驗能和商業價值緊密相扣。
使用者經驗設計 & 品牌關係 實習生
實習期間與產品團隊合作，向 PM 及 UX Designer 提出功能優化專案，定義設計問題並製作 Wireframe，優化產品功能介面與呈現。期間也建立用戶測試及訪談的招募流程，聯繫符合測試目標的使用者，並到使用者家中進行訪談，有主導訪談的經驗。 此外，我建立了公司的產品服務流程 SOP，運用 Xmind 彙整產品問題資訊，幫助使用者更有效地解決問題。
