Drybulk Chartering: 1) Handling trading inquiries covering Supramax, Handy, Minibulkers, Breakbulk/Parcelling to support various trading books 2) Main cargo grades covering Cement, Clinker, Gypsum, Sugar, Rice, Fertilizers, Rock Phosphate, PKE, PKM, Animal Feed etc 3) Negotiating Spot, COA, CVC in consistent with trading requirement and company objectives/policies 4) Managing various cargo programs for in-house 19-30k dwt fleet and charter out when required: TCT or voyage charter 5) Provide daily bunker updates/weekly freight guidance/fortnightly market intelligence reports to trading teams and management 6) Handling commercial/operational disputes and adhoc requests 7) Other projects like S&P, TC and business development 8) Maintaining and developing relationship with various counter parties and industrial players

Shipping Operations: 1) Handle all post fixtures as per company working procedure and regulation 2) Ensure all tankers/Dry Bulk or other shipping business, fixtures, operations and Charter Parties are met 3) Monitor and analyse market data to identify market trend, supply and demand of ships and other analysis 4) Liaise with traders and cargo operations team to ensure clear instructions and shipping operation and profit are optimized 5) Calculate, verify pay and receive freight, demurrage, shipping cost to finalise the Chartering business 6) Work closely with internal stakeholders and establish relationship with external parties including ship owners, brokers, and trading partners. 7) Any ad-hoc jobs and duties assigned

Freight Optimization Team: 1) Supply daily freight operational functions 2) Monitor vessel movements, port activities, cargo work, bunker supply & consumption Manage voyage orders and monitor progress of vessels 3) Ensure all necessary operational information is delivered and documentation in order 4) Liaise with Charterers to ensure smooth operations and to avoid supply disruption and minimize demurrage costs 5) Manage cargo and vessel nominations 6) Manage daily P&L and completing month/year end closing 7) Settle all vessel claim issues, coordinate freight invoices and payments 8) Provide out of office hours expertise for vessel that requires commercial Ops support

Demurrage and Analysis Executive (08/2015 - 06/2017): 1) Computation of lay time, demurrage and accessing claims counters based on various Charter Parties 2) Negotiate with Charterers and Owner to get the best possible solutions to settle some difficult claims 3) Production of KPI analysis and presentation for key accounts 4) Monthly Chinese freight market commentary and fixture report 5) Regular meetings with brokers to deliver solutions and build relationship with clients Market Research & Freight Analyst (11/2012 - 08/2015): 1) Research and production of regular market reports 2) Monthly freight trend updates/analysis on various global trade routes Monthly Chinese freight market 3) commentary and fixture report weekly Vessel open positions 4) Periodic market analysis and presentations: Petrochemical market forecast 5) Assist with contracting strategy documents Freight assessment 6) Spot vs COA benchmark
