With an extensive Chicago corporate leadership background, Kyle MacGibbon most recently served as Abbott Diagnostics’ senior director of global marketing. Kyle MacGibbon oversaw high performance teams within the $2 billion immunoassay reagent franchise and delivered a five-year strategic plan that effectively doubled market growth.

Mr. MacGibbon completed his BS in engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and was a four-year lacrosse team member. He subsequently earned commission as a second lieutenant within the U.S. Army and completed basic and advanced officer courses at the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery School.

Having served with distinction for five years and earning rank as a U.S. Army captain, Mr. MacGibbon began in sales and marketing with Abbott in the late 1980s. Over the years, he held a wide range of positions, including as El Paso-based area senior sales executive from 1996 to 2001. He successfully oversaw sales of the firm’s diagnostics product line to health care providers across Mexico, New Mexico, and West Texas. Kyle MacGibbon has earned recognition as Abbott Regional Field Product Manager of the Year and received the company’s Chairman's Award distinction.
