There is a phase from the poem saying "Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly." Therefore, I engraved it on my arm as a daily reminder. 

Studying in Tamkang University at Lanyang campus is a very different experience. It helps to shape my personality, my spirit, and my attitude toward RAIN.

- received an angry call from an Australian broker for more than an hour, and ended up with an apology and thank-you from him instead 
- Praised by the manger of the excellent customer service
