Responsible for Entry to Service for an Aircraft Portfolio of Airbus (A380's) and Boeing (B787's). Divisions of Work: Engineering, Revenue Accounting (Finance) Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Data, Route Management. High Priority Project for the Airline, managing a budget in excess of $24Million across multiple departments including Finance, Sales, Commerce, Engineering, Contracts, Technology and Operations, all geographically dispersed. Role required strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Sabre Systems, Boeing and Airbus, with frequent international travel to the USA and Technology Hubs in the UK and Poland. Key Responsibilities: Payment Gateway, API and Middleware Integrations, Testing Strategy and Management of a Cross-Functional Project Team. Communication and Stakeholder Management of 30; Department Heads, Steering Committee Executives and Subject Matter Experts. Committee meetings with key decision-makers impacting over 10,000+ operational and support staff, Change Board CAB attendance and submissions, Airport Operational Procedures and Processes Management. Project Management of all stages within a PRINCE2/PMBok and Agile methodology blended framework across Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Commercial, Revenue & Finance. Business Change Management, Contract Management, Risk Assessment and PMO Status Reporting, Management of Airport Communications Testing, Data Configurations and Technology Infrastructure.
