Responsibilities :
Assures the effective and efficient delivery of the quality clinical care consistently with the Hospitals mission, vision and values.
Planning, organizing, directing the medical staff division which includes Physician
Relations, physician recruitment and retention.
Provides leadership in facilitating medical staff interactions with Administration and governing board. In addition,
Developing and directs a performance improvement program that includes quality control, patient feedback mechanism, case management, infection control and Patient safety.
Supervise and provides leadership in managing all medical services, infection control and quality management programs of hospital,
Formulates and implements the policies and procedures while also Identifies strengths and weaknesses of the existing flow of operations within medical services,
Responsible for appropriate talent requirements related to medical services as per the identified clinical gaps.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, checking for avoidable lapses, and taking measures to correcting them in line with organizational goals for the assigned areas,
Accomplishes financial management within the department,
