Design and improve the mechanism of the stator production machine for example : Slot cell inserting machine and Coil forming machine. Design and modify the mold of the machines according to different customer's requirement. Design the required function for the customer like dust removal mechanism, laser etching function on the stator for electrical car motor production line. Significant working performance : During the second month of the job, I take up the work which my colleague left off with a lot of design problems and redesign all the dust removal mechanism and laser etching function in two weeks in order to catch up delivery day to avoid the delay.

Drawing design for the layout, steel structure and piping diagram for new machine installation. Drawing design for the machine parts and change the parts material to prevent the function failure. Responsible for the maintenance SOP set up, equipment & machine parts database setup and sourcing for the machine parts quotation. Responsible for Spectrum analysis, Ultrasonic inspection and Pump Laser alignment. Significant working performance : Carry out a project of sludge dewatering machine installation with budget of ten million NTD, and responsible for design the layout, steel structure and piping diagram drawing and supervise the sludge dewatering machine installation. In the end the waste disposal fee is cut down which save two million NTD every year for the company.

Working with design engineers during the product development to solve the quality problems. Working as a communicator between design engineers and supplier to solve the trial run issues. Working with supplier to solve the customer complaint and complete the 8D report. Regular audit at the supplier's production line to improve the production line and parts manufacturing quality. Set up pre-shipment inspection checklist before sending the product to customer and Campagnolo in Italy Significant working performance : Set up a completely new second source hub production line by working with supplier to complete the sample evaluation process including the first sample inspection and function test, process capability evaluation, production quality control points set up and etc.

Working as quality engineer during project development, providing drawing modification suggestions based on similar product failure history mode and pilot run issues to design engineer in USA and Germany Familiar with Inspection tools such as Caliper, Micrometer, Pin gauge, Thread gauge, Projector, CMM, Micro view, Torque gauge and etc. Setting up production line inspection checklist, SPC inspection checklist, incoming part inspection checklist and control plan for process quality control. Familiar with parts producing process and quality control, including rim manufacturing process, forging, machining process, surface treatment etc.
