Committed to generating strategic business results across a range of industries, Mark Edoff maintains the Florida consulting business MNE Solutions, LLC. Mark Edoff works to ensure that clients are positioned to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining regulatory compliance and keeping business expenses to a minimum. As an executive member of KPMG, LLP, from 1985 to 1999, Mr. Edoff oversaw complex auditing and accounting assignments for multinationals around the globe. He next accepted a position with The Gillette Company as principal accounting officer and finance director. Over a 4-year period, he worked with 75 controllers and executives across affiliated organizations worldwide. Mr. Edoff joined Tyco Fire & Security in 2003, serving as vice president and chief financial officer of Tyco/ADT Security Services. Based in Boca Raton, he oversaw an ADT North America operation that generated $4 billion in annual revenue and met the needs of 6.5 million customers. His accomplishments included overseeing Tyco’s $2 billion acquisition of Broadview Security in 2010 and managing the firm’s integration with ADT. When the latter firm split off from Tyco, Mark Edoff took on responsibilities as senior vice president of business operations and optimization.
