一、執行計畫內容:
1.補助辦法:大型柴油車加裝空氣污染防制設備補助。
2.精進柴油車污染管制策略:黑煙檢測方法修正、空氣污染防制設備審查、
空氣品質維護區調查。
3.柴動站執行品質:全國柴動站現場輔導訪查。
二、資料蒐集彙整、資料分析：國外法規與台灣規範比較。
三、報告撰寫、簡報製作：每週約一份。
四、諮詢輔導、對外溝通聯繫:不定期更新討論。
