An experienced real estate professional in New York, Mo Beler serves as a senior director of the NYC Capital Markets Team at Walker & Dunlop. He accepted the position in June 2020 when Walker & Dunlop acquired the Beler Advisory Group, the boutique real estate firm he had founded the year prior. Through his collaboration with the other members of his team, Mo Beler seeks to extend Walker & Dunlop’s reach with a stronger client base and transaction abilities. Prior to heading his own firm, Mo Beler served as vice chairman of a company where he oversaw commercial real estate transactions worth over $2 billion in total. His past experience includes positions as principal and head of investments at Innovo Property Group and vice president of the acquisition group at Rockwood Capital. Mr. Beler holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. In his leisure time, he enjoys keeping active with sports such as bicycling and swimming, as well as coaching for his son and daughter's soccer teams. He also serves on the board of the Music Conservatory of Westchester.
