I am the data professional with seven years of experience. At present, I oversee data management and digital financing in
BRAC's health program. I also look a er the management information system (MIS) and Monitoring and evaluation (M and E) work including data analysis, reporting and data re-arrangement in BRAC. With an academic background in statistics, biostatistics and informatics from the University of Dhaka, I also hold another Master's in Public Health degree from
James P. Grant School of Public Health. I am passionate about research, big data management and have specialised experience in data cleaning, processing and analysis. I have skills on mobile data collection process by ODK based so ware, data management and cleaning through excel and MySQL, data analysis through SPSS, S-Plus, Stata and R programming and different predictive analysis through R environment.

Lead Technology for Development T4D Specialist
# Build secure and organized HNPP data storage and retrieve information from storage for field and central
level users as MIS focal.
# Collect and maintain web based performance data from field level and provide support to the field level
staffs to fill up the online form.
# Ensure the smooth operation of Digital Financing System for the programme and act as a focal person for
DFS.
# Support to set Annual operating plan AOP and annual programme target as the AOP focal for HNPP.
# Conduct and facilitate management information training and Digital Financing System DFS training.
# Submit all reports as a monthly update to management and donors and develop annual factsheet, at a
glance for HNPP
Senior Sector Specialist
# Frequent field visit to monitor the programme performance on selected indicators
# Develop M and E tools to capture both qualitative and quantitative outcomes
# Provide technical support to developing and monitoring progress towards programmatic indicators
# Carry out data analysis and deliver quality and timely production of M and E information products
# Provide guidance to field level staff to develop and monitor the program's Performance
