During my time at RITMA I managed student achivement data in Faculty of Mathemathics and Natural Sciences Brawijaya University. I also work as event division staff who held "Brainstorming Ide" event that gathered RITMA staff to have seminary with senior ressearcher and also do discussion about idea's that we could be ideas that we could bring to competition.

During my time at HIMABIO I managed administration things in "Biology Olimpiad Class" as a Secretary. I also be a moderator during "Biology Smart School" and "Biology Olympiad Class" to lead the communication between the audience and the speakers.

Managed and coordinate all staff in Marketing division. Create weekly meeting, planning timeline and project dateline, managed all staff based on timeline. Created marketing plan and grand design.

Throughout my time at OSIS as President, I created Charis Cover Competition ( annual Charis National Academy Festival event but because there's pandemic we do online competition) and raised 1 million donations for orphanage charity. Held monthly meetings, supervised agenda managed by divisions such as internal competition (Kartini's or National's days), weekly chapel, and delivered feedback that every class president brought to OSIS and conducted feedback to the headmaster.

Managed all administration things that required for mission trip event such as proposal, letters and others.

As a nationalism division staff I worked on some project that related to this division such as create monthly agenda (monthly magazine, annual Indonesian day competition, and create some nationalism video on youtube). I also become an MC in some agenda such as Charis Internal Debate Competition 2018.

Created project timeline, set dateline, manage the stuff and their progress. Create rundown and the job for every staff, report and coordinate the process to another division and the director.
