As a client advocate I was responsible for sustaining customer satisfaction in a high paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail, while answering phones, or emails to assist clients with any questions they have on their current serviced mortgage. I moved to a team that proactively reached out to clients to provide resolutions when we were notified there may be a significant change thus learning the ability to deescalate clients efficiently while under pressure. In this role I was able to research and dig into processes and identify any opportunities to improve as a business.
