I have over 4 years of retail experience, as well as a combination of 1 year working for Ministry Of Manpower and DBS Bank as a CSO. My communication, teamwork and listening proactively have helped through difficult times during the holidays. My communication/customer service skill has helped to gain more sales as well as helped customers feel calm when calling in with regards of their bank account being compromised etc. The composure skills that i have helped me through the stressful and busiest of time. I have gained so many different skills throughout the years and i am curious and thrilled to know more.
